Mixing

Whether delicate powder flavours, liquids, slurries or bulk ingredients, we offer a range of accurate and reliable mixing and holding solutions, for even the most delicate products, at a variety of scales and mobility to suit your individual production requirements.

Extrusion

Our single and double screw extrusion systems can handle a variety of raw materials used to make potato and expanded snack products. Advanced die and cutter technologies, coupled with in-house rapid prototype machining and testing facilities means processors benefit from entirely new and innovative shapes.

Drying/oven and cooling

Choose from modular traditional oven systems or our patented rotary roasting system with varied throughputs. We have an oven and cooling solution to fit all applications. We offer forced air combustion modulating burners that are both efficient and incrementally controllable giving you the accurate control needed to produce the best product. Ovens are fully insulated and use only robust stainless steel parts.

Touch screen or conventional machine interfaces are available as well as chart recorders and data link. Cleaning systems can be added, as can product de-clumping systems upon request.

Our rotary oven systems use unique rotary technology, gently agitating the product through air, resulting in an undamaged product and a uniform roast throughout. Plus, internal baffling and insulated cases increase efficiency.


Seasoning application

With a wide range of flavour addition options available and a breadth of experience in flavour application under our belts, we can help with any flavour application process. We offer a range of accurate and reliable flavour addition systems, including options with ATEX ratings. Our most advanced feeders benefit from touch screen HMI and quick release breakdown of all elements for cleaning. You can also choose options for powder, liquid and slurry additions, including mixing, storage and application systems. Smaller units can benefit from integrated control systems and can be wheeled between lines, operating independently or integrated into your existing system. Tumbling drums are available in a variety of sizes and configurations depending on the product being processed.

Control and innovation

Complete systems are controlled by purpose-built software that allows supervisors to monitor and control the line performance and output remotely. Plus, chart data and processing data are also available for remote access and download and supervisor settings can be locked, preventing changes, and settings obscured for confidentiality.
